Our Story
Built to solve real pharmacy problems
Ebitek Teknoloji A.S. was founded in Ankara in 2022 by Pharmacist Ufuk Işık and General Manager Ali Bayar. Ufuk's 26 years of pharmaceutical experience gave us deep insight into the daily operational challenges of pharmacies. Having commissioned Turkey's first pharmacy robot and used it in his own pharmacy, Ufuk Işık refined that experience and brought it into Miero.
That experience turned into a vision: "Pharmacists should devote more consultation time to their patients while spending less time searching for medications and managing inventory." Miero — our AI-powered intelligent pharmacy robot — is the product of that vision.
Today we have active installations across Turkey and Uzbekistan, presence in national media, and international awards. More pharmacies discover Miero every day.
